So there's a few hypno files, that on their own are fine, but played simultaneously, with a few effects and speed changes etc, i find to be more effective. taking the relaxing tone of one, and overlaying the suggestive tone of another, allows them to work on multiple fronts breaking down mental barriers, so that maybe not the entire purpose gets through, but enough to help on the next viewing.
