This is a hero track edit of Lustful Loops' PMV E-Sissy Beta Safe PMV.
If the VFX seems a little wonky, it's mostly because the original had some similar quick zoom effects for transitions and other things that were not timed in-beat, and seem discordant with the hero-tracks timing.
